These terms apply only to your use of the gurucoders.ro website — browsing, reading content, and sending a message via the contact form. They do not govern the delivery of services. If you start an engagement with us, you will receive a separate written contract setting out the scope of work, price, deadlines, deliverables, warranty, intellectual property in the code, confidentiality and liability. That contract takes precedence over this page for everything service-related.

Please use the site in good faith: no unauthorised access attempts, no aggressive automated scraping, no code injection through the contact form, no spam or unlawful messages. The site is provided „as is” with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability — short maintenance windows or outages may occur.

The text, images, logo, page structure and front-end code of gurucoders.ro belong to SC GURU CODERS SRL (or to partners explicitly credited where applicable).
